- If the cancellation is made 7 days or more before the start date of the service, the customer is entitled to a refund of 80% of the fees paid.
- If the cancellation is made within 3 to 6 days before the start date of the service, the customer is entitled to a refund of 50% of the fees paid.
- If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the service start date, the fees paid are non-refundable.
